Use a minimum of 1-2 bottles before progressing to the next level of the Vitamin STEP-UP SYSTEM™. I will help you with when its time to step up, to be sure that we do all we can to avoid a retinoid response.
You should start to introduce skin rollering on your second bottle of AVST, at least 2-3 times a week to be getting the maximum benefits from your AVST. The vitamin A is doing an incredible job of compacting the top layer of skin to really protect it, but you will also want to be sure you’re getting the ingredients right through into the deeper layers of skin to work their magic.
